I am a certified Vedic lifestyle consultant specializing in Bhakti, Yoga and Ayurveda.

I have discovered that the Vedic wisdom offers us knowledge that is quite revolutionary. With the tremendous healing power of  Ayurveda; the energizing and awakening  practices of yoga; combined with the spiritual insights and depth of the bhakti philosophy and practice, I truly believe it’s both possible and practical to find balance, fulfillment and deeper meaning in life. I wish to share this knowledge with everyone.

Lifestyle Consulting for Women

I offer Lifestyle and Wellness Consulting for Ladies. Working with your own unique circumstances, I will help you assess imbalances in your body and provide simple recommendations to bring you into balance.

We will discuss how to get relief from your specific ailments, e.g. improving your digestion, sleep and energy levels using the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda.

A key part of Ayurveda is how to prevent diseases well before they manifest deeply. Daily routines naturally result in less stress and anxiety, so I aim to help you understand and have the tools to apply a daily lifestyle routine that you can sustain with a clear plan on the practices and nutrition that will aid in restoring your physical, mental and spiritual balance.

I will provide you important nutritional advice as there is so much misinformation about nutrition out there it is easy to believe we are helping our bodies but instead we may be harming it. I will then show you how to adapt your diet for your particular constitution and for any specific imbalances that you may have.

After the consultation, you will receive a personalized wellness plan based on our discussion detailing a clear plan with diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations that are unique for your constitution and condition.

I also teach and share spiritual insights from the Bhakti path and if you are interested, can help you start or deepen your spiritual journey.
