A live five week course in garbha sanskar and Ayurvedic pregnancy care, from nourishment and movement to sacred rites and birth preparation.
5 live sessions. 7.5 hours. Every Sunday from 13 September 2026. Recordings included.
Pregnancy care today is good at finding what could go wrong. It says far less about how to actually live through these months. You are measured, scanned and scheduled, then sent home to work out what to eat, how to move, and how to stop being frightened of the birth.
This course is the Vedic answer to that gap. It brings together garbha sanskar, the shaping of a child through everything that reaches them in the womb, with garbhini paricarya, the classical Ayurvedic care of the mother month by month. One principle sits underneath all of it: the mother's state is the baby's world.
Five live sessions of ninety minutes, taught in a small group so that every question gets answered. Everything is recorded and yours to keep.
Important note: This course offers Vedic lifestyle and Ayurvedic education for pregnancy. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace medical care, midwifery care or the advice of your healthcare provider. Please speak with your doctor or midwife before changing your diet or exercise during pregnancy.
The five sessions
- Holistic pregnancy care with Ayurveda. The Vedic view of pregnancy, the month by month journey of mother and baby, and natural relief for common discomforts.

- Movement and wellness. A complete prenatal yoga sequence for home practice, what is safe in each trimester, and breathwork that carries into labour.
- Vedic samskaras and rituals. Garbha sanskar through mantra, music and story, the sacred rites of pumsavana and simantonnayana, and how to hold a mother blessing.
