Balance your
Lifestyle
Return to balance through the timeless sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga and Bhakti. A way of living that feels lighter, steadier, and more like your own.
Hare Krishna
Hi, I’m Yugala
I’m a certified Vedic lifestyle consultant grounded in Bhakti, Yoga and Ayurveda. Taught together, these three sister sciences settle the body and steady the mind, so the deeper work of spiritual life has the space and stillness to truly take root.
Where much of modern wellness reaches for a quick fix, the Vedic tradition begins from a different place. It looks at how you eat, sleep, breathe, move, think and pray, and how each of these, woven together, creates the quiet conditions for steady energy, easeful digestion, clear thought and deep rest. Nothing is seen in isolation.
Ayurveda is preventative by design. It teaches you how to care for your body, what to eat, when to sleep, how to live in tune with the seasons. Yoga calms the body and steadies the mind. Bhakti is the heart of all of this. When the body and mind are at ease, the heart is free to turn toward the divine, and spiritual life can quietly grow.
Over the years, I’ve seen how small, consistent changes in food, routine, breath and devotion can help women feel more grounded, more nourished, and more at home in themselves. Whatever brings you here, I’m so glad you’ve come.

What I Do
Lifestyle Consulting for Women
In our session, we look at what your body and daily rhythm are communicating — digestion, sleep, energy, hormones, stress patterns and the things you can’t quite name — through the lens of your unique constitution.
Ayurveda is preventative by design. Together, we’ll identify simple, sustainable routine changes that can support steadier energy, calmer mornings and a deeper sense of balance in real life.
After our conversation, you receive a personalised wellness plan with food guidance for your constitution, daily routine, gentle Yoga and pranayama, and — if you wish — a starting point for Bhakti spiritual practice.

Cumin
Cumin (jeera) is the workhorse of the Ayurvedic kitchen. Almost every dal, curry and rice dish in classical Ayurvedic cooking begins with cumin seeds toasting in ghee — not because of taste alone, but because cumin does deep, steady work in the body. Cumin and the...
