Live the Vedic Way
Ayurveda, yoga and Bhakti for an unhurried,
vibrant modern life

Hi, I’m Yugala
I’m a certified Vedic lifestyle consultant specialising in Bhakti, Yoga and Ayurveda — the three sister sciences of the Vedas, taught the way they were always meant to be taught: together.
For years I have studied and lived these traditions, and I’ve seen, in my own life and in the lives of the women I work with, what they make possible: real healing, genuine balance, and a daily rhythm that quietly carries you toward something deeper.
Wherever you are on your path, you’re welcome here.
What I Do
Lifestyle Consulting for Women
In our session we look at what your body is actually saying — your digestion, sleep, energy, hormones, the things you can’t quite name — through the lens of your unique constitution rather than a generic prescription.
Ayurveda is preventative by design. The right daily rhythm naturally lowers stress and anxiety, and many of the imbalances you live with quietly resolve themselves once your body is back in tune. I’ll help you find that rhythm and make it sustainable for your real life.
After our conversation you receive a personalised wellness plan: food guidance for your constitution, daily routine, yoga and pranayama, and — if you wish — a starting point for a Bhakti spiritual practice.

What People are Saying
Marillia, Brazil
Consulting with Yugala is a precious encounter. It’s much more than a consultation. She has the knowledge and the technique, but she goes deeper and beyond, transmitting love and devotion to what she does. Undoubtedly competent, dedicated and willing to share her experience with other souls, she asks the right questions and looks after the particularities of one´s necessity. With her presence she brings lightness, making the consultation a tea-like-talk, though always keeping the depth of it. Why? Because she lives and breathes this way of life. You can easily see that these subjects are so natural and familiar to her that she makes complex information an easy piece to understand, making this ancient knowledge accessible and so interesting that you will also want to dive deeper in this universe. Be ready! Do not miss this encounter.

I attended Yugala’s classes on Bhakti, from time to time I seek her advice on Ayurveda and my diet, also had some personal one to one Yoga sessions that helped me when I was struggling with back aches. Yugala loves sharing her knowledge without holding anything back. And since she herself has been practicing for years she has a lot of experience and insight. She always encourages me to take care of my health, follow Ayurveda principles and use only good quality products avoiding chemicals.

Ayurveda’s Key Tips for Vibrant Health

Cumin
Cumin (jeera) is the workhorse of the Ayurvedic kitchen. Almost every dal, curry and rice dish in classical Ayurvedic cooking begins with cumin seeds toasting in ghee — not because of taste alone, but because cumin does deep, steady work in the body. Cumin and the...
Ginger
Ayurveda calls ginger vishwabhesaj — "the universal medicine" — because there are very few ailments it cannot help in some way. From cleaning the colon to opening the channels (srotas), purifying the blood, sharpening the appetite and supporting protein synthesis,...
