Move from curiosity into embodied practice.

I built this 108-hour training for sincere students who want more than an introduction. Study Ayurveda properly, live it at home, and when you are ready, guide others.

Why this trainingAyurveda, taught whole and made livable.

I teach Bhakti, Yoga and Ayurveda, and I built this training because I could not find it when I needed it. Most of what sells as Ayurveda online is thin. A few videos, a spice chart, a printable routine, and by Monday your life looks exactly the same. Ayurveda deserves more than that, because it is not a collection of tips. It is a complete way of seeing your body, your food, your daily rhythm and the seasons you move through.

So I teach it whole, from the roots up. Across nine modules and thirty-six sessions we move from the five elements and the three doshas into digestion and agni, food and the six tastes, daily and seasonal routine, women's health, herbs and home remedies, cooking, and finally the art of sitting with another person and guiding them well. Nothing is rushed. Each week builds on the one before it.

You study at your own pace, supported by downloadable notes, recipes, assignments and case studies, guest sessions with senior teachers and Ayurvedic doctors, and a private community of students walking the same path. My students often tell me the same thing near the end: the principles stop feeling like study and start feeling like instinct.

Who it's forThis training is for you if…

You're ready to study deeply

You don't want a weekend overview. You want a structured, step-by-step foundation in Ayurvedic lifestyle.

You're a Yoga teacher or wellness pro

You want a deeper lens on lifestyle, food, routine and the body to integrate into your existing teaching or practice.

You're caring for your family

You want practical wisdom (cooking, daily rhythm, women's wellbeing) that you can apply at home, immediately.

You're stepping into coaching

You're preparing to offer Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching ethically, within the scope of non-medical guidance.

An honest word about pricePriced like an introduction. Built like a training.

Students ask me about the price, so let me answer in the open. In this field a single weekend immersion often costs more than this whole training. Online programmes with a comparable number of teaching hours are usually priced in the four figures. And the full practitioner paths run 600 to 1,500 hours over one to three years and cost several thousand, rightly so, because clinical scope demands that depth. I have laid the paths out honestly, hours and costs side by side, in my guide to Ayurveda certification and its companion on what that training costs.

This training is 108 hours of structured study for €399  €249. Per hour of teaching, that is less than a cup of chai. And everything is included: all nine modules, the recordings, the notes and recipes, the assignments and case studies, the guest sessions, the student community, and your certificate of completion. There is no premium tier waiting behind another paywall.

Why keep it so accessible? Because the students I most want in this training, the young mother, the Yoga teacher just beginning her work, the sincere seeker between jobs, are exactly the people a four-figure fee turns away. Ayurveda was never meant to be a luxury good. I would rather teach a hundred sincere students than sell exclusivity to ten.

Time & outcomesWhat it takes, and where it leads.

The training is 108 hours of study. At four to five hours a week that is roughly six months. Taken intensively it can be done in eight to ten weeks. There are no deadlines and nothing expires. Your access begins the day you enrol, and the pace is genuinely yours.

My graduates use this in three broad ways. Some weave it into work they already do, in yoga teaching, massage, birth work or wellness coaching, adding constitutional assessment and daily-routine design to an existing practice. Some build a standalone Ayurvedic lifestyle-coaching practice within its non-medical scope, the way a lifestyle coach actually works. And many take it purely for their own household, which the tradition would consider no lesser use.

I will be just as plain about what this is not. It is not a practitioner certification, and it does not qualify you to diagnose or treat disease. It is the complete foundation for lifestyle scope. Study now, live it, coach within honest boundaries, and if deeper clinical study calls you later, everything you learn here transfers.

This was the most beautiful, comprehensive, deeply informative online course I have ever taken. As a yoga teacher, I had scratched the surface of Ayurveda and I am so grateful to have found this program that I have been enjoying for the past year of my life. Yugala is an amazing teacher who presents the information in such an easy to understand manner. She is organized, informed and really easy to listen to. She could have charged twice as much for this course and it still would have been well worth the money for me. Thank you so much for this amazing course, truly.

The material was well-organized, and the instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. I appreciated how the course balanced both theory and practical applications, allowing me to incorporate Ayurvedic practices into my daily life. It also fostered a sense of mindfulness and well-being, not just in terms of physical health but also mental clarity and emotional balance. Overall, this course exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring natural, healing methods rooted in ancient wisdom.

Frequently asked questions

Is this course suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. I begin from first principles and build step by step. No prior Ayurvedic study is needed, just a sincere interest in learning.

How long do I have to complete it?

You have full access from the day you enrol and nothing expires. Move at your own pace and come back to any module whenever you need to refresh.

Do I need to be a Yoga teacher or healthcare professional?

Not at all. Many of my students take this purely for their own life and household. Yoga teachers, doulas, massage therapists and wellness coaches also find it deepens the work they already do.

Will I be qualified to diagnose or treat after completing the course?

No. This is a lifestyle-coaching training, not a medical practitioner certification. You will learn to educate, to prevent and to guide daily living, and to refer people to qualified care when something sits beyond lifestyle scope.

How does this compare with other Ayurveda courses?

Most courses at this price cover a weekend of material. Programmes with a comparable number of teaching hours usually cost four figures. I explain the honest comparison, hours and costs side by side, in the description above.

What do I receive on completion?

A certificate of completion, plus continued access to all course materials, recordings and the private student community.

What is the refund policy?

Because the training is digital with immediate access, purchases are generally not refundable once access has been granted. See the full refund policy. If you are unsure whether the course is right for you, write to me first. I would rather answer your questions before you enrol than disappoint you after.

Is there a payment plan?

Write to me through the contact page and we will find a way together. I am committed to keeping Ayurveda within reach of sincere students.

Medical disclaimer
