How a consultation works

Working with your own unique circumstances, I help you assess imbalances in your body and provide simple, practical recommendations to bring you back to balance. We discuss what you’re experiencing — digestion, sleep, energy, hormones, emotions, the things you can’t quite name — and we look at it through the lens of your constitution rather than a generic prescription.

After our session, you receive a personalised wellness plan: diet, daily routine, yoga and pranayama, and where appropriate, herbal and Bhakti recommendations — all clearly laid out so you can actually live them.

Ways We Can Work Together

Initial Consultation

A 90-minute deep-dive session. We assess your dosha, your current imbalances, and your goals. You leave with a written wellness plan covering food, daily routine, yoga and lifestyle.

Best for first-time clients

Follow-up Session

A 60-minute check-in for existing clients. We review what’s working, refine your plan, and address any new questions or shifts in your body.

For continuing clients

Women's Wellness Package

A three-session journey for cycle health, fertility, pregnancy preparation, postpartum or menopause. We work through what’s changing in your body with care and continuity.

Three-session series

Yoga & Pranayama Session

A one-to-one yoga session adapted to your dosha and current needs. Asana, breath-work and meditation taught classically — not for performance, for healing.

60 minutes, online or in-person

Bhakti Guidance

For seekers who want to begin or deepen a Bhakti practice. We talk about mantra, daily sadhana, the Bhagavad Gita, and how to bring devotion into ordinary life.

What to expect from your first session

Before we meet, you’ll fill in a brief questionnaire — your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, the things weighing on you. Our session itself is a conversation: warm, unhurried, and curious. By the end I will have a clear picture of your constitution and what your body and mind are asking for.

Within a week, you receive your written wellness plan: a clear, day-by-day starting point you can actually live, with the option to follow up as you go.
